Now drum roll please....
ScrapThat! is pleased to present their “2nd Anniversary
Kit”. This kit is FULL of fabulous scrapbooking
products including the beautiful Nature’s Garden collection from Prima. We bring you green, blue and brown
colours inspired by nature… with this, included are matching crystals, Prima
flowers, tiles, baby rosebud trim, pearl pins, tiny butterflies and wooden
embellishments. This month, they have also included in the kit a piece of Polymer
clay.
As Guest Designer this month I will
be providing a tutorial on how to create a beautiful embellishment piece for
your layout using the Polymer clay. I'm going to be posting my 3rd layout with this kit along with the tutorial for a unique polymer clay embellishment in just a few days (May 4th). So here is your first peek at the May Scrap That 2nd Anniversary Kit!...
May ~ Scrap That! 2nd Anniversary Kit
May Paper Add-on
May Embellishment Add-on
May Flower Add-on
And now, for the projects I created with this beautiful kit! (I have to say I just LOVED working with the goodies in this kit! I had the kit and the embellishment add-on to work with and let me say, there was just ton's of beautiful things to work with. I made 3 layouts and still have plenty more papers and embellishments to make more!) Here is my first layout, I used a combination of the Nature Garden and Prima Fairy Belle papers in the kit to make up this page...
Here's some close-up pic's of the page so you can see all the pretty things you get with this kit....gotta love the different textures of blooms and that lovely Prima bling embellishment! There are also a bunch of the Prima leaves included in the kit...I just love these for adding to a bloom cluster, it really gives a cluster of blooms a perfect 'finished' look.
And here is my second layout that I made with this beautiful kit!
As for my 3rd layout with this amazing kit, I'm going to have you wait a few days for this one. I'll be sharing it along with a tutorial on a fun way to use the chunk of Polymer Clay included in this kit. (Pssst! There will also be a sketch included with this post!)
The ScrapThat! Design Team have outdone themselves with their creations
this month so be sure and stop by their gallery and leave them some love!
My Secret word is “is”
