NEW! Video Tutorial Using 49 & Markets Vintage Artistry!

Hi All! I'm super excited to share my newest scrapbook page along with a free Video Tutorial on how I made this page!  I used the awesome new Vintage Artistry Paper Collection in the Sage colour as well as the coordinating embellishments ....Washi Tape! (LOVE!!) and Collage Layers (SO COOL!)

So enough talk....let's play! ...

I hope you enjoyed my video and really hope this inspired you to play with the new Vintage Artistry collection papers and embellishments!  Along with these gorgeous papers I also added some texture and color with TCW Modeling Paste and a Stencil I designed for The Crafters Workshop called Tile Mania...
....I also used some REALLY fun color mediums by Lindy's Stamp Gang!  They are color powders that really pack a punch!  And don't let the pale color in the pot fool you, when you hit it with some water, it activates color and shimmer like you wouldn't believe! These awesome little powders are called Magicals, and the two colors I used for this project are Ponderosa Pine Olive and Jana's Jade...

Here are a few close-ups and details so you can view them at a leisurely pace :)  ...I always like to see close up details of a project so here are some from this one!...

As many of you know I just love Dusty Attic chipboard and for this project I used 3 of their designs, Geometric Panel, Elegant Swirls #3 and Photo Strip.  I used some Prima green chalk ink to color my chippies and then added a coat of clear embossing powder and hit it with a heat gun to get the pretty glossy effect on the chipboard.

Another fun little detail I used in creating the background design was to use some stamps!  For this one I used a stamp I had designed for 49 & Market called Hibiscus/Thankyou. I thought the hand drawn floral outline and the script stamp added a nice natural element to the Vintage Artistry papers...

And finally of course the 49 & Market florals and embellishments add the perfect finishing touches!  Here I used 49 & Market Enchanted Petals in Mint color and their Stargazers (Cashmere)

You can find the products used in this video as well as links to where you can buy them below!  Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! xo
